Galaxy Rangers

So Here's another 80's cartoon character. Though this time you most likely don't know it. He's from a show called the Galaxy Rangers. His name is Zachary Foxx and he's the leader of the group. I have to be honest when I started all of these 80s characters he's one of the ones I didn't really know. So I watched a bunch of episodes on youtube and this show was great (for it's time).
